General Issues
saying "friendly" but meaning "cute"
User-friendly starts with the word "user" - someone who uses a tool or a service, not someone who is being used. Making baby noises and big eyes is not a sufficient replacement for functionality.
tracking vs. caching
Google and other behemoths will never, not in a million years, allow your browser to allow a page fully from cache, even if you're not logged in. They will not make a decent website even once; If they made one by accident, a manager would come along and break it based on rules of the organization.
